Hatha Yoga with Becky May 

An inclusive, mixed ability yoga class with experienced teacher - all are welcome. 

Each week there is a different theme, and modifications and options are always provided so that all can be equally challenged and catered for, regardless of experience or ability. Becky provides a welcoming space dedicated to your self-care and personal healing journey.

Places limited so advance bookings secure your place.

Cost: Sliding scale of 7.50-10 Euros per class. Please pay what you can afford in this range.

Exploring the beauty and the ancient sites of the Fornos De Algodres area.  Village starting area to be confirmed each month. 

Time: 10am - 4pm, bring a packed lunch.
